Physical Care
Registered Nurses support daily living, meals, medication reminders, symptom observation and follow-up preparation.
- Record pain, appetite and fatigue
- Support nutrition and eating

Through treatment, the care, escorting, feeding and fatigue usually fall entirely on the family. CareLane can arrange nurse assessment, medical escort, nutrition support and home care alongside the treating team's plan, so the family has something concrete to work from.

Escort staff lead, with a dietitian and one nurse assessment alongside. The plans below are the combinations families most often choose, shown for reference — items and visit counts can be adjusted after assessment. Each plan states the number of visits, the total hours and the total price.
Escort-led, around the treatment schedule
Medical escort · minimum 3 hours per trip
Getting to and from treatment is usually the heaviest task. Escort visits form the backbone, with a dietitian for eating and one nurse assessment to set the baseline.
Home carer, with escort as needed
Home carer · minimum 3 hours per visit
More hands are needed on the low-energy days. A carer visits weekly for daily living, with two escorted appointments each month. Visits and hours adjust month to month.
The arrangement below is what families most often choose during cancer treatment. It is a reference, not a fixed package — staff type, visit count and hours are set after assessment.
