Remote districtsLantau beyond Tung Chung, the outlying islands and locations without direct public transport carry a HK$100 surcharge per visit. No other call-out fee.
CancellationCancel 24 hours or more ahead at no charge. Under 24 hours, half the fee for that visit applies.

The services above are personal care, nursing procedures and rehabilitation training carried out as instructed by medical staff. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment and do not replace your attending doctor. Packages are valid for 3 months from purchase, for one elder, and can be booked across separate visits. Unused sessions are refundable pro rata.

How should they sit when eating?
Sit upright with head and neck stable. Avoid lying down. Stay upright after meals as advised.
Can texture be changed at home?
Do not thicken or blend by guesswork. The therapist recommends texture and teaches checks.
How to help when words are hard?
Allow waiting time. Use short sentences, choices, picture cards or gestures. Avoid answering too quickly.
How long to practise daily?
Short, frequent practice is easier. Follow the exercise plan and rest when tired.
