Remote districtsLantau beyond Tung Chung, the outlying islands and locations without direct public transport carry a HK$100 surcharge per visit. No other call-out fee.
CancellationCancel 24 hours or more ahead at no charge. Under 24 hours, half the fee for that visit applies.
If the tube comes out completely, do not reinsert it yourself — contact us or go to A&E. Stop feeding and seek medical attention if there is persistent coughing or choking, difficulty breathing, or aspirate that is dark green, red or coffee-coloured. Packages are valid for 3 months from purchase, for one elder, and can be booked across separate visits. Unused sessions are refundable pro rata.
