The plan price is the single-visit rates added up, so every figure can be checked against the price list; where an item runs to 4 visits or more, the package rate for that item is applied automatically at signing, so what you actually pay is never more than the plan price shown. The plan is valid for 3 months from purchase and can be arranged flexibly around the treatment and follow-up schedule; unused sessions do not expire. Third-party charges such as nutritional supplements, hospital registration, investigations, medication and transport are charged at cost, with receipts kept and settled with the family.
Outside office hoursOutside Mon–Sat 09:00–18:00, a 30% surcharge applies. Public holidays and the first three days of Chinese New Year, 50%.
Remote districtsLantau beyond Tung Chung, the outlying islands and locations without direct public transport carry a HK$100 surcharge per visit. No other call-out fee.
CancellationCancel 24 hours or more ahead at no charge. Under 24 hours, half the fee for that visit applies.
Transport, taxi fares, registration, investigation and medication fees during an escort are charged at cost against receipts, with no service mark-up. The services above are personal care, nursing procedures and rehabilitation training carried out as instructed by medical staff. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment and do not replace your attending doctor. Packages are valid for 3 months from purchase, for one elder, and can be booked across separate visits. Unused sessions are refundable pro rata.

What should we watch during chemotherapy?
Observe fever, appetite, mouth discomfort, fatigue and pain changes, following the oncology team's individual instructions.
What should we do if fever occurs?
During chemotherapy, follow the oncology team's fever instructions and contact them immediately if fever occurs. If the person is acutely unwell, confused, breathless, collapses or cannot obtain urgent oncology advice, call 999 or attend an Accident and Emergency Department.
What symptom notes are useful?
Record pain, temperature, appetite, bowel habits, energy and sleep.
Can nutrition support be added?
A qualified Dietitian can advise meals according to appetite, weight change, treatment plan and medical condition.
Do you communicate with the hospital team?
We can organise factual home observations for the family to share at follow-up visits. Clinical decisions remain with the treating team.
