For breathing difficulty, collapse, severe bleeding or loss of consciousness, call 999 immediately. For fever, worsening wounds, uncontrolled pain, persistent vomiting or inability to eat or drink, contact the surgical team promptly or attend an Accident and Emergency Department as advised.

The 10% discount requires full upfront payment for at least four visits of the same eligible service. There is no expiry date. If the arrangement stops early, completed services and applicable cancellation fees are deducted at standard rates and the balance is refunded. Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice costs half the standard fee for that visit; cancellation at least 24 hours ahead is free. Non-prepaid services use standard rates and the usual payment arrangements. Specialised dressings, negative-pressure therapy supplies and third-party charges are not included; these are quoted first for the family to decide on.
Outside office hoursOutside Mon–Sat 09:00–18:00, a 30% surcharge applies. Public holidays and the first three days of Chinese New Year, 50%.
Remote districtsLantau beyond Tung Chung, the outlying islands and locations without direct public transport carry a HK$100 surcharge per visit. No other call-out fee.
CancellationCancel 24 hours or more ahead at no charge. Under 24 hours, half the standard fee for that visit applies.

How is wound cleaning arranged?
A Registered Nurse (RN) can visit for dressing care and wound observation by medical advice.
When can the elder shower?
It depends on the wound, waterproof dressing and doctor's instructions. Do not decide alone.
When should rehab exercise start?
A Physiotherapist (PT) will plan progress by surgery type and medical advice.
Can you accompany follow-up visits?
Yes. A medical escort can help with transport, wheelchair support and updates.

Eligible services: wound care, nasogastric tube replacement, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, therapy assistants and nutrition support. Home care, health workers, housekeeping and medical escort do not automatically qualify; quotations identify the eligible service and number of visits.
We aim to arrange the same staff member, but may change staff according to availability and will notify you beforehand. Basic assessment and training equipment used during the home visit is included; aids or products left for the family require a separate quotation.
