For breathing difficulty, collapse, severe bleeding or loss of consciousness, call 999 immediately. For fever, worsening wounds, uncontrolled pain, persistent vomiting or inability to eat or drink, contact the surgical team promptly or attend an Accident and Emergency Department as advised.

Once the wound is stable, the focus moves to regaining strength and getting to follow-up appointments. A carer visits weekly and one escorted appointment is included.

The plan price is the single-visit rates added up, so every figure can be checked against the price list; where an item runs to 4 visits or more, the package rate for that item is applied automatically at signing, so what you actually pay is never more than the plan price shown. The plan is valid for 3 months from purchase; visits are arranged according to how the wound is actually progressing, and unused sessions do not expire. Specialised dressings, negative-pressure therapy supplies and third-party charges are not included; these are quoted first for the family to decide on.
Outside office hoursOutside Mon–Sat 09:00–18:00, a 30% surcharge applies. Public holidays and the first three days of Chinese New Year, 50%.
Remote districtsLantau beyond Tung Chung, the outlying islands and locations without direct public transport carry a HK$100 surcharge per visit. No other call-out fee.
CancellationCancel 24 hours or more ahead at no charge. Under 24 hours, half the fee for that visit applies.
The services above are personal care, nursing procedures and rehabilitation training carried out as instructed by medical staff. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment and do not replace your attending doctor. Packages are valid for 3 months from purchase, for one elder, and can be booked across separate visits. Unused sessions are refundable pro rata.

Can you accompany follow-up visits?
