The fee already covers wound care supplies — there are no dressings to buy separately. Wounds normally need continuous follow-up, and a course brings the per-visit cost down.

Outside office hoursOutside Mon–Sat 09:00–18:00, a 30% surcharge applies. Public holidays and the first three days of Chinese New Year, 50%.
Remote districtsLantau beyond Tung Chung, the outlying islands and locations without direct public transport carry a HK$100 surcharge per visit. No other call-out fee.
CancellationCancel 24 hours or more ahead at no charge. Under 24 hours, half the fee for that visit applies.
Wound care is provided by qualified nursing staff as instructed by medical staff, and is not medical diagnosis or treatment. If the wound shows signs of deterioration, seek medical attention promptly. Packages are valid for 3 months from purchase, for one elder, and can be booked across separate visits. Unused sessions are refundable pro rata.
