About CareLane

Professional CareMeans Accountability

CareLane is built around nursing, therapy and care teams that begin with a home assessment and work from written records. Families know what was done at each visit, what was observed, and what comes next.

Our Story

Helping families work a complicated set of care needs into something clear, step by step.

Most families are not short of the will to care for a parent. Faced with so many options, it is simply hard to judge which need should be dealt with first.

Care at home spans several layers at once — nursing, rehabilitation, daily care, home safety and emotional support.

CareLane’s role is to help the family sort out the order of priority, and to turn the different services into a concrete arrangement that can actually be carried out.

Core Values

Professional Judgement, Clear Accounts, Respect

These principles are an inseparable part of care.

Person First

We first understand the elder’s health condition, daily habits and wishes, along with the pressure on the family, before recommending anything workable.

Clear Division of Work

Staff with the matching qualification or experience are assigned according to the nature of the service and what the case needs.

A Clear Account

Service records, key reports back and follow-up recommendations keep the family informed about how the service is going.

Adjusted as Needed

When the elder’s condition or the household routine changes, the content and frequency of the service can be reviewed again.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration

Nursing, therapy, daily care and escort roles divide the work and cooperate according to the case.

Continuous Follow-up

Service records, key reports back and regular review help the family stay on top of changes and plan the next step.
